Jackie is XEDC's administrator extraordinaire, with a warm smile for everyone who walks through our doors. As the longest serving member of our staff, Jackie's organizational abilities keep the centre running smoothly so we can focus on the task at hand.

Melissa MacMaster, BBA
A recent addition to the team, Melissa brings boundless energy and enthusiasm to her role as entrepreneurship coordinator and business counsellor. With a focus on current and aspiring entrepreneurs, she enages them in activity, education and dialogue about building a business as well as the economic future of our region and how entrepreneurs (young and not so young) can play a role in its success.

Paula Brophy, BBA
Paula, our Training and Outreach Development Officer, is responsible for co-ordinating our broad range of training activities for individual entrepreneurs and local businesses. She also works actively to build partnerships and raise awareness of XEDC in the community, and provides business counselling to a variety of XEDC clients.

Anne Toner Fung, MBA, CHRP
Acting Director, Anne Toner Fung, has been with XEDC since October of 2009 when she joined the centre to develop and manage special projects. In January 2011, Anne took on the role of Acting Director when Mark van de Wiel accepted an interchange opportunity with Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA).
